The Courtyard Coffee Shop


It may look small from the front, but through the doors of the Courtyard Coffee Shop is a lush, brick courtyard. Run by sisters Gabby and Charlotte, the cafe popped up in 2015 to bring Cooma artisan coffee, home-baked goodies, and light lunches. It’s the perfect spot for morning tea or a takeaway treat. Open from 7 am every weekday, the Courtyard Coffee Shop serves small-batch specialty coffee by Acadamy Coffee.
Kettle and Seed

Kettle and Seed serve sustainably roasted coffee from Coomas’s very own Snowy Mountains Coffee. The award-winning coffee is roasted only 5 minutes from Kettle and Seed so you won’t find fresher coffee anywhere else. You can sit inside and enjoy the ambiance of a little coffee shop or enjoy the street view from the tables out front. Kettle and Seed are open every day except Sunday and offer a range of sandwiches, slices, and salads.
Cisne
Part of the 123 Coffee House family, Cisne is a smaller Vietnamese-style cafe serving traditional Vietnamese food and ONA coffee. Cisne is the only place to get a Bahn mi sandwich and Aussie favorites like eggs benedict all in the same place. The small coffee shop fills up quickly so get in to grab a delicious coffee and some Vietnamese treats.
123 Coffee House

Located in the heart of Cooma, 123 Coffee House is a local favorite for food and coffee. The family-run coffee shop uses Canberrras’ ONA Coffee to serve perfectly poured coffees all day. After recently changing hands, their already great reputation for good coffee has only been confirmed. The new owners are serious about coffee and serve specialty coffee from Single O. The Lott Cafe is open from 7 am and has takeaway and eat-in options.
Snowy Hydro Discovery Cafe
Located in the Snowy Hydro Discovery Centre is the Snowy Hydro Cafe open every day for coffee and food. It’s a great place to stop to stretch your legs after a big drive. The cafe has a large seating area and also plenty of room outside to enjoy your coffee when the weather is good. The Discovery Cafe also has a great range of sandwiches, cakes, and pies.
