Jindabyne, a mountain town that’s not just about the views. If you’re looking for a good drink, you’re in the right place.
We’re taking you on a tour of the best spots for a cocktail in town. Here are the best bars to find delicious cocktails that will be worth coming back to Jindy for.
CBD

CoffeeBeatsDrinks is much more than your average coffee shop. CBD has been making cocktails since before their relocation to the Old Nuggets Shopping Centre. They make delicious espresso martinis (they are a coffee shop after all) and are best known for their delicious Rosemary Sour. If you arent into cocktails, CBD also offers a selection of Aussie beer and aged whiskey. Cocktails are served from 1 pm so check their socials for specials!
Holly Go Lightly
Jindabyne’s hottest new spot for cocktails and good times. Holly’s have crafted a menu of delicious and unique drinks, using only the freshest ingredients and premium spirits. Whether you’re looking for a classic cocktail with a twist or something completely new, they have something for everyone. Our faves are the Spicy margs or the ‘Waltzing Matilda’ – a refreshing vodka based cocktail with a delicious mix of ginger beer and passionfruit.
Holly’s offer a fun atmosphere and regularly feature DJ sets from the best local DJ’s Jindabyne has to offer. Don’t miss out on this new Jindy spot!

Clancys Cocktail Bar at The Banjo Patterson Inn

Clancys Cocktail Bar is located downstairs at the famous Banjo Patterson Inn.
They have recently transformed the venue into a modern and chic spot that is perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re looking to catch up with friends over a few drinks or have a romantic date, Clancy’s can offer the perfect ambiance for you.
Not only do they serve local Jindabyne beers on tap they also offer a detailed wine list. Their classic cocktail menu includes a margarita with fresh lime juice, espresso martinis with fresh espresso, and a very minty mojito. Clancys also have a signature cocktail menu that features local gin and schnapps from the Wild Brumby Distillery. Try the ‘Banjo Brumble’ for something sweet or the ‘Gindabyne Sunrise’ for something stronger.
They offer daily specials and offer an extensive dinner menu to pair with your cocktails – so check it out while in Jindy!
Takayama Restarant Bar
Jindabyne’s only Japanese restaurant with an equally impressive bar, Takayama will transport you to Japan. Sit in to enjoy a delicious feast of izakaya-style Japanese food like gyoza, karage, and fresh salmon sashimi. Flip the first page of the menu to delve into their long list of drinks including Japanese draft beer on tap, imported whiskey, and freshly made cocktails.
Our personal favourites on the menu are the lychee martini, Sake Thunder or the go-to simple vodka mule.
